ABOUT US

What do we offer?

We offer intermediate care facilities to adults with developmental disabilities. These disabilities include, but are not limited to:

Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disabilities, Epilepsy, Autism, and Paralytics

The proper care of these conditions requires intensive one-on-one care and Individual Program Plans (IPP). The IPP addresses the specific disability and creates an opportunity for improvement. We offer a healthy balance of care and learning while striving to create the best possible life experience. Proper care is essential in reaching improvement goals.

What is an ICF DDN Facility?

Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID) are health facilities licensed by the Licensing and Certification Division of the California Department of Public Health to provide 24-hour-per-day residential services.
