Day Program Services
The Training Center, a Licensed Adult Day Program offers a safe, positive, caring environment. The programs are designed to provide mental and physical stimulus, improving health and wellness, reducing isolation, and preventing the decline of his or her abilities. The Training Center creates programs that provide social and mental health services to the person needing assistance. People normally attend the training center five days a week. Program hours are 8:00 AM- 2:30 PM Monday - Friday.
We have a large facility with a 1:3 trainer to consumer ratio, focused learning tools (art, music, exercise, etc.), on-site RN for special needs care such as: medication administration, gastrointestinal feedings, nebulizer treatment, catheter care, diabetes care, and epi-pen administration.
Transportation Services
At Terra Bella, we provide transportation to and from the Day Program to those residing in the cities of Hollister, Gilroy, and Morgan Hill, California. Let us know if you would be interested in this service. Our friendly staff are very knowledgeable and can find the service you need.
Housing Services
ISF DD Facilities
Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) are health facilities licensed by the Licensing and Certification Division of the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) to provide 24-hour-per-day services.
At Terra Bella, we provide both ICF DDN (Nursing) and ICF DDH (Habilitative) facilities to individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
These facilities are placed within the community in "normal" homes. These small and intimate facilities remove the antagonistic stigma of institutionalized care and allow for better community involvement and normalization, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality of care.
